We want you to love our products. We stand behind our products 100% and we will happily accept returns of unused products if mailed back to us within 15 days of its delivery date. We will issue a credit or refund for all returned merchandise that is in pristine and saleable condition. In the event that you need to return merchandise, please complete the form on this page to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN).

Returned merchandise cannot be processed without a RAN. To return merchandise, please mark your package clearly with the RA number you have been issued, package soundly, and ship the merchandise to the following address:

LisaJill is not responsible for return shipping costs. Upon receipt of returned goods, LisaJill reserves the right to deny credit if the merchandise is damaged, unsalable, or does not meet the return policy requirements. Refunds will be made in the form of original payment only, and LisaJill does not refund outbound shipping/freight charges for orders shipped as ordered.

Returned orders will carry a $20 re-stocking fee. If you decide to refuse delivery from LisaJill, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you and the cost of returning the package to us.
